The Director of System Marketing develops, implements, and executes marketing strategies and plans to achieve Strategic Business Unit & System annual and long-term goals. This leader promotes and maintains the brand image at local, national or international levels. This Director coordinates the marketing strategies including budgets, advertising and promotion of the brand and develops associated advertising campaigns. This leader applies various communication strategies to create an impression, raise awareness, and encourage a preference and response by the target audience for the organization and its products, services, and brands. The Director establishes policy and direction for department, and is accountable for department results.

Reports to: Executive Director-Marketing

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

• Bachelor’s Degree Required. Masters Preferred.
• Degree in Marketing, Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience including significant experience leading brand strategy.
• Requires 3+ years of direct supervisory leadership experience in a healthcare-related industry.
• Requires leadership experience in a matrix organization and complex work environment.
• Requires knowledge of state and national regulatory agency guidelines.
