CSO is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect, with a primary focus on education projects . CSO is a results-driven firm, and is seeking a talented, energetic, driven individual with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Qualifications:

The Senior Project Architect selected to fill this position will display the ability to manage projects and project teams. They will also possess the ability to produce documents for all project phases. This individual will be required to interact with clients and coordinate with consultants.

Requirements:
  • Licensed Architect
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with large, commercial architecture projects (experience with K-12 Education projects is a plus)
  • Strong design and graphic skills, exceptional knowledge of space programming, contract documents, detailing, specifications, team production management and contract administration
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; both verbally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and associates
  • Advanced computer skills (Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office), as required to manage project teams
  • LEED accreditation a plus
