TheĀ Executive Financial RecruiterĀ is responsible forĀ generating sales, increasingĀ revenueĀ and profitability.  This positionĀ operatesĀ in a blendedĀ role;Ā recruiting top talent (ā€œcandidatesā€) to fulfill open client job orders whileĀ establishingĀ and developing clientĀ relationships. ThisĀ position will collaborate with business stakeholders, businessĀ leadersĀ and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively andĀ timely.Ā

Duties andĀ Responsibilities:Ā 

  • Establish andĀ maintainĀ targetĀ listĀ developing client relationships.    
  • Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, ā€œad calls,ā€ skills marketing, email, social media, in-person meetings, and other methods.    
  • Generate new job orders weekly in line with performanceĀ objectives.Ā 
  • Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.    
  • ProactivelyĀ identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent to fulfill job orders.    
  • Update, review, and activelyĀ utilizeĀ a candidate skills matrix in recruitment activities.    
  • Perform weekly interviews in line with performanceĀ objectives.    
  • Generate leads via professional relationships, candidate interviews, and other interactions that support business development/sales efforts.    
  • Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business as well as planning daily activities.    
  • Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices asĀ appropriate.

EducationĀ and Experience:  

  • Bachelor’sĀ degreeĀ required.Ā Ā Ā 
  • Minimum 0 toĀ 18 monthsĀ of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting or directly relevant experience highly preferred.Ā Ā 
  • CPA, CFA,Ā MBAĀ or other professional designationĀ a plus.Ā Ā Ā 
  • PreviousĀ experience in recruiting or business developmentĀ a plus.Ā

DeterminingĀ compensationĀ for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.Ā An applicant may also be eligible to participate in certain incentiveĀ compensationĀ programs based on achieving certain performance targets set forth each year and subject to the incentiveĀ compensationĀ plan’s terms and conditions.Ā The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.

Salary Range for this role:
$45,000—$65,000 USD
