Job DetailsJob Location: AFM North Inc. - Indianapolis, IN 46268We are seeking an Experienced Dealership Lube Technician to join our fast-paced automotive service team. You will perform high-quality, efficient preventative maintenance while identifying additional service needs to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Perform fluid services: Drain and refill engine oil, replace filters, and top off all critical automotive fluids. Conduct tire maintenance: Execute tire rotations, precision mounting, balancing, and pressure checks. Execute multi-point inspections: Inspect brake pads, lines, hoses, belts, and underbody components thoroughly. Document and communicate: Record all work on repair orders and report additional repair needs clearly to Service Advisors. Maintain shop safety: Keep work bays clean, organized, and compliant with dealership and OSHA safety standards. QualificationsRequirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience as a lube technician, preferably in a dealership or equivalent environment. Technical skills: Proficient with basic automotive tools, fluid exchange machines, and tire equipment. Physical ability: Able to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Credentials: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a high school diploma or equivalent. Mindset: Strong attention to detail, a positive team attitude, and a focus on safety.
