Join Our Team as a HR Administrator
ISG Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support Human Resources operations for assigned companies within one of our business verticals. This role will provide administrative support across recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing, employee records, benefits administration support, and HR systems.
Reporting to the Vertical HR Manager, the HR Administrator will help ensure HR processes are completed accurately and efficiently while supporting employees and managers across multiple locations.

- Recruiting and onboarding coordinationÂ
- Payroll and employee data administrationÂ
- HRIS maintenance and reporting supportÂ
- Benefits and leave administration supportÂ
- Employee records managementÂ
- Compliance tracking and documentationÂ
- General HR administrative supportÂ
Requirements
- 1–3 years of administrative, payroll, or HR support experienceÂ
- HRIS experience required, preferably with PaylocityÂ
- Strong organizational and communication skillsÂ
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalismÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsÂ
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesÂ
