Responsibilities
How you’ll make an impact in this roleÂ
- Troubleshoots, repairs, adjusts, and calibrates complex electronic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic control systems and devices across multiple manufacturer platforms.Â
- Writes, tests, and debugs BAS computer programs and sequences, updates the graphical web interface, and maintains communication protocols like BACnet, LonWorks, and Tridium.Â
- Conducts scheduled preventive maintenance, including testing damper motors, checking wiring integrity, reviewing control sequences, and replacing faulty sensors or thermostats.Â
- Analyzes blueprints, schematics, and system data to diagnose defects, implements corrective actions, and ensures all installation and repair activities comply with safety standards and building codes.Â
- Provides technical support for capital projects, assists engineers with hardware and software design recommendations, handles emergency service calls, and participates in training and special projects.Â
Qualifications
What minimum requirements you’ll needÂ
Must have one or more of the following:Â
- Graduate of trade school.Â
- High School Diploma or equivalent.Â
Â
And one or more of the following:Â
- Relevant License.Â
- 3 years of relevant experience.Â
- Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience. Â
