Responsibilities
How you’ll make an impact in this roleÂ
- Installs, inspects, maintains, and repairs all heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and ice-making systems.Â
- Applies specialized knowledge of steam distribution, piping, valves, water reheat systems, and energy management systems.Â
- Responds to after-hours emergencies, manages power outage procedures, and strictly follows safety protocols using personal protective equipment (PPE).Â
- Coordinates with personnel regarding work orders, ensures compliance with building and safety regulations, and keeps tools and vehicles in safe operating condition.Â
- Dedicates 20% of the role to participating in meetings, training workshops, and assisting with special projects as assigned.Â
Qualifications
What minimum requirements you’ll needÂ
Must have one or more of the following:Â
Education:Â
- High school diploma or equivalentÂ
- Graduate of trade schoolÂ
- EPA License (Level I)Â Â
Work Experience:Â
- 2 years of related experienceÂ
- Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experienceÂ
