A reputable engineering firm is seeking a Regional Manager for their Indiana team.
The role involves leading the Indianapolis office, supervising staff, and working with local agencies and clients.
Candidates must have a B.S. in Civil Engineering, with a master's degree preferred, and at least 12 years of experience in transportation projects.
The salary for this position is commensurate with experience.

Reputable engineering firm is hiring a Regional Manager for their Indiana team!

Responsibilities:

Lead/develop office in Indianapolis
Supervise staff working on preliminary/design engineering services
Work with local agencies and private clients in Indiana
Assist with business development (prepare proposals/attend meetings)
Mentor/train junior staff

Requirements:

B.S. in Civil Engineering
Master’s degree preferred
12+ years of transportation projects working with INDOT and Indiana LPAs
Supervisory experience
Experience working with the City of Indianapolis preferred

Salary is commensurate with experience.
