You are the front line of patient intake, ensuring: Patients are admitted quickly and accurately Insurance is verified properly Clinical teams are set up for success Your role directly impacts patient care, referral relationships, and agency growth.   Key Responsibilities • Process and enter incoming referrals accurately and efficiently • Verify insurance coverage and document confirmations • Coordinate Start of Care with clinical and scheduling teams • Obtain physician orders and required documentation • Follow up on missing referral information • Maintain accurate records in EMR systems Qualifications✅ What We’re Looking For • Experience in healthcare intake, referrals, scheduling, or insurance verification (preferred) • Home health or Medicare experience preferred — we will train the right candidate • Strong computer and EMR skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment RN or LPN Required ⚡ Schedule • Full-time: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Consistent weekday schedule   Apply Now If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and want a role where your work truly matters — we want to meet you.
