Support of vending machines, including repairs, as needed. Update customer database records including employee names, ID numbers, product SKU’s and inventory usage. Provide pre and post-sales support and assist in creating custom vending programs tailored toward customer requirements. Work in coordination with other members of vending support team. Interface with customers as required. Access corporate database containing proprietary information including supplier pricing, margins, inventory volumes and customer pricing. Participate in training specific to the various vending manufacturers offered by Haggard & Stocking. Work on other IT tasks and/or projects as they are assigned. QualificationsSkills and Requirements Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word Strong verbal and written communication skills Maintains a high level of confidentiality Problem solving skills Self-starter (well-formed work ethic) Professional Attitude Customer Service/Interpersonal skills Education and Experience Associates Degree in computer/information technology or equivalent work experience Knowledge of Windows-based operating systems
