Maintenance Supervisor - Emerson Village Apartments

We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. You see it, own it, and handle it. If you bring strong leadership, solid technical skills, and take pride in keeping a community running right, this is your kind of role.

You’ll lead the team, keep operations tight, and make sure residents feel the difference every day.

What you’ll tackle:

• Keep service requests moving fast and done right
• Lead, train, and motivate your maintenance team
• Handle repairs from HVAC to drywall without missing a beat
• Maintain curb appeal and keep the property looking its best
• Prevent problems before they become problems

What you bring:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• HVAC certification and CPO required
• Strong leadership and hands-on problem-solving skills
• On-call and weekend availability
• A “figure it out and get it done” mindset
• A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
