What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an individual who demonstrates:

• Outstanding customer service and communication with residents, vendors, and team members
• A high level of professionalism
• An upbeat, positive attitude
• A strong team-player mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Apartment turns, punch work, and make-readies
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Perform general plumbing and electrical repairs
• Pool maintenance (as applicable)
• Maintain organization of the maintenance shop
• Respond to emergency and on-call work orders

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience (required)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to remain professional under pressure
• Ability to work Monday–Friday
• On-call and weekend availability required
• HVAC and CPO certifications preferred (not required)
