Ice Miller LLP is seeking a detail‑oriented and tech‑savvy professional to support the firm’s ongoing marketing data quality, knowledge management, and business development initiatives. This role is well-suited for a collaborative individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is committed to maintaining accurate, high‑value information that supports firmwide marketing, client development, and operational goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a client‑focused mindset, and experience working with CRM, experience management, or related data systems within a professional services setting.
   ***Salary in the range of $60,000 - $75,000 dependent on location and experience level***
Essential Duties:
Perform data stewardship duties to assist in the maintenance of company and contact data in the firm's CRM system. These duties include researching/enriching data, accurately identifying and resolving duplicates, cleansing and conforming contact data to the firm's standards, processing record changes (including those generated by ERM), and maintaining key additional information such as employee and alumni data points among others
- Perform data stewardship duties to assist in the maintenance of experience data in the firm’s Knowledge Management (Experience) system. These duties include duplicate management and cleansing experience data to the firm’s standardsÂ
- Exporting, analyzing, and reporting data for business development efforts; assisting in audit and data clean-up projects
- Maintain detailed documentation of data quality issues, resolution steps, and quality metrics to support transparency and continuous improvement
- Working with Marketing Technology team and IT to prepare for various upgrades to platform(s), including testing, documentation, and research
- Working on special projects as needed, including sending out email marketing campaigns using our e-marketing platform
- Provide timely assistance to staff inquiries, across a range of issues
- Address concerns with CRM & KM system(s) and data management as they arise, bringing complex issues and firm feedback to senior managers, as necessary
- Assist in training for attorneys, paralegals, and legal secretaries in the use of Experience softwareÂ

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in IT, Marketing, Knowledge Management, or a related field
- BS/BA degree preferred
- 5 years of relevant experience in a legal or professional services environment in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
- Possess detailed planning and organizational skills
- Proficient in a wide range of technologies
- Experience with data management applications and database administration
- Knowledge of standard CRM or Experience Systems such as DealCloud, Salesforce, Dynamics, Foundations, and ERM Systems such Intapp Relationships/Gwabbit
- Strong verbal, written communication, organizational and technical skills
- Customer service skills to work with attorneys and staff at all levels.
- Experience responding to ad-hoc requests, developing analysis, and producing reports
- Experience with data analysis systems preferred (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, or SSRS)
