Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)

We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to join our multi-disciplinary clinical team.

Clinicians must have a passion and/or interest in the field of Autism Spectrum and related disorders. Clinicians will be working with pediatric through young adult clients as well as with their parents, family and partners depending on competence level.


Mental Health Therapists will be assigned clients within their scope, competence and areas of interest with a focus on co-occurring mood disorders and attachment related issues that impact relationships and well-being.


Initial intensive training will be provided as well as ongoing professional development and continuing education.


路 Assessment and Treatment Plan Development

路 Individual, Group and Family Therapy and Supports

路 Collaboration and Co-Treatment with Inter-Disciplinary Team (Behavior Analysts, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Clinical Psychologists, Physical Therapists and others)

路 Supervision of master level clinicians if applicable

路 Provide In-person and Telehealth Delivery Models

路 Maintain All Necessary Documentation

路 Coordination with Billing Department

路 Uphold Strict Code of Ethics

路 Must Subscribe to Natural, Holistic Approach to Treatment



Requirements

Master level, licensed eligible candidates may apply. Salary scale adjusted.


Experience

  • Experience with ASD and related disorders
  • Pediatric or Young Adult Experience
  • In-Person and Telehealth Flexibility
  • 5 Years Experience as Clinician
  • 2 Years Experience in Outpatient Setting
  • Flexible Schedule Availability
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Professional, Organized and Reliable
