Position SummaryĀ 

The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily office operations and delivering outstanding customer service. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.Ā 


Key ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly mannerĀ 
  • Schedule appointments for sales and service teamsĀ 
  • Accurately capture and record new leads and customer informationĀ 
  • Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional mannerĀ 
  • Provide customers with updates regarding project statusĀ 
  • Address customer questions and concerns with a solutions-focused approachĀ 
  • Screen solicitation calls to minimize interruptionsĀ 
  • Perform general administrative duties to support office operationsĀ 

Required Skills & QualificationsĀ 

  • Previous experience in an office administration or administrative support roleĀ 
  • Experience in construction or home improvement is a plusĀ 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skillsĀ 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonusĀ 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesĀ 
  • Customer-service oriented with strong problem-solving skillsĀ 
  • Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and scheduling skillsĀ 
  • Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software (HubSpot preferred, but not required) Ā
