The Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium (ICCLOS) is a powerhouse destination for some of the largest events in the country. Every day brings something new with hundreds of events throughout the year and annual events such as the Big Ten Football Championship game, FDIC International, Gen Con, Indiana Black Expo, Indiana Comic Con, National FFA, and PRI.
The Exhibitor Customer Service Representative ensures the review, organization, and successful execution of exhibitor utility orders for trade shows at the Indiana Convention Center. This position is highly customer service centric with both internal (utility team, trades, and events team) and external (show management, decorator, and exhibitors) customers.
Hours are split between staffing a service desk (hours vary) and working in an office setting (fixed hours). This position works closely with the Utility Coordinator.
This is a part time position primarily working less than 30 hours a week.
Primary Tasks
- Responsible for the quality management of exhibitor orders by coordinating with various departments to ensure successful execution on-site
- Staff the exhibitor service desk during show hours taking orders and responding to inquiries
- Build and maintain event orders and layouts prior to upcoming shows
- Resolve issues with incomplete orders
- Review and respond to exhibitor questions via email and phone
- Maintain event reporting spreadsheets
- This position will support our Utility Team and related trade groups with order execution
- Other duties as assigned by Facility Admin Manager
