Key Responsibilities
Install, assemble, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, valves, and related equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing layouts and installation procedures
Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe using hand and power tools
Install water supply lines, drainage systems, and venting systems according to code and project requirements
Coordinate with other trades and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with company and OSHA safety standards
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in the field
Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and project specifications
Qualifications
Valid Journeyman Plumbing License (required)
Experience working in commercial construction plumbing
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plumbing schematics
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
Ability to work on active construction sites and in various weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and elevated surfaces
