The Production Technician is responsible for ensuring the correct build of rotor assemblies.

This position reports to the Rotors Assembly/Machining Supervisor and is part of the Rotors department located in Indianapolis IN and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Follow standard work instructions to safely and within quality specs build rotor assembly parts

  • Collaborate and work within a team-based work to complete daily tasks, 5S and identify and communicate with Supervisor

  • Use various tools , gauges, and measuring devices

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 2+ years of detailed assembly work

  • 2+ years of experience using a BOM

  • 2+ years of experience using hand tools and gauges

Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, move or carry up to 30 lb,

  • Ability to stand and work on feet throughout the day

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Manufacturing Assembly

  • Using precision tools and calibration machinery

  • Working Autonomously
