Job Description

The Project Manager (PMP) is the single point of accountability to the client’s COR for schedule, risk register, budget, and sprint cadence. This role owns Task 1 (Program Management and Sprint Delivery) of the SOW, ensuring Brite's two-week sprint cadence, transparent reporting, and mobilization plan meet client's contractual and delivery requirements from award through closeout.

Responsibilities

•     Serve as the single point of accountability to the client's COR for schedule, budget, risk register, and sprint cadence throughout the period of performance.

•     Own and maintain the 30/60/90-day onboarding plan and ensure certified resources mobilize within two to three weeks of award.

•     Plan and run two-week sprint ceremonies, including sprint reviews with the COR and updated risk registers delivered every two weeks per the SOW's deliverable schedule.

•     Track delivery against the 90-day execution escalating schedule or resource risk to the Engagement Lead.

•     Coordinate across the Snowflake, Integration, Salesforce, and Insight tracks to resolve cross-team dependencies and keep deliverables, such as the Use Case Priority Backlog and first production Tableau dashboard, on schedule.

•     Manage budget execution against the fixed-price labor structure, ensuring rates and hours remain within the awarded STARS III ceiling.

•     Be available for client interview prior to award as designated Key Personnel and represent Brite at scoping and key-personnel review sessions.

Qualifications

•     Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.

•     PMP certification required.

•     8+ years managing multi-workstream IT, data, or platform modernization programs, including federal or public-sector delivery.

•     Demonstrated experience running Agile/Scrum delivery in two-week sprint cadences, including sprint reporting to a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

•     Experience managing risk registers, budgets, and schedules on federal contracts subject to FISMA, Section 508, or similar compliance requirements.

•     Familiarity with Snowflake, Salesforce, MuleSoft, or Tableau delivery environments preferred.

•     Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting sprint status and risk to senior government stakeholders.
