You’ll partner with ResMed QA Engineers, ResMed Operations, andĀ ExternalĀ providers, assessing product,Ā monitoringĀ processes, and managing non-conformances.Ā Ā 

Ideal for someone who understands warehouse operations, and who is eager to expand their Quality knowledge, and wishes to have a mix of physical warehouse activities, and office-based activity.Ā 

Key ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • Led dailyĀ Distribution Center (DC) Incoming Quality Control (IQC)Ā operations, serving as first-level escalation to resolve inspection issues andĀ maintainĀ material flow to fulfillment.Ā 

  • ManagedĀ IQC inspection equipment, tools, and workstations,Ā ensuring operational readiness and compliance with DC quality requirements.Ā 

  • ExecutedĀ theĀ Wet Shipment ProgramĀ within the DC, coordinating inspection, containment, and disposition to prevent downstream fulfillment delays.Ā 

  • Nonconformance management oversightĀ for DC operations, including raising incidents, and executing QA holds, rework, or scrap decisions.Ā 

  • Provided hands-onĀ quality support toĀ internalĀ andĀ external operationsĀ fulfillment teams, resolving quality issues in real time on the warehouse floor.Ā 

  • SupportedĀ CAPA and External Quality Issue (EQI)Ā actions by supplying DC data, supporting investigations, and ensuring containment effectiveness.Ā 

  • Conducted routineĀ Gemba walks and 5S activitiesĀ within the DC toĀ identifyĀ handling, storage, and process gaps and drive immediate corrective actions.Ā 

  • ReviewedĀ environmental controlĀ eventsĀ impactingĀ DC operations and escalated risks to engineering to prevent release of nonconformingĀ product.Ā

Communication and CollaborationĀ 

  • Clearly communicate changes in processes, to internal and external stakeholders.Ā 

  • Build trust and open relationships with stakeholders across organizations to enhance team effectiveness.Ā 

  • Collaborate with engineering, production, inventory, supply chain, and other internal teams to align qualityĀ objectivesĀ with operational goals.Ā 

Process ManagementĀ 

  • Implement structured updates, ensuringĀ timelyĀ information flow and alignment on key priorities.Ā 

  • Take end-to-end ownership of tasks and processesĀ 

QualificationsĀ 

Education and Experience:Ā 

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Distribution Warehouse environment,Ā preferableĀ in a LeadĀ of Quality, Compliance, and/ orĀ Inventory Management role.Ā 

  • Strong English language skillsĀ 

  • Good Oral and written communication skillsĀ 

  • Desired: experience in ISOĀ 13485 andĀ 9001, Medical Devices, FoodĀ safetyĀ or similar regulated environmentsĀ 

Skills and Abilities:Ā 

  • Able to work atĀ theĀ detailed level and keep an eye on the bigger pictureĀ 

  • Comfortable with Physical handling of product for inspectionĀ 

  • Confident with Microsoft ExcelĀ 

  • Experience with ERP/WMS SystemsĀ 

  • Ability to work independently on assigned projects and programs and manage priorities.Ā

Work EnvironmentĀ 

  • Warehouse environment. Incumbent will walk and may occasionally sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 40 lbs. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Must be flexible to work varying schedules, hours, weekends, and overtime as needed. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
