• Work with multidisciplinary units/teams to develop a care plan for patients
• Develop Critical Care skills to elevate patient care practice
• Acuity adaptable patient population with step down and critical care patients
• Typical patient ratios:  1:3 or 1:4
• A didactic learning experience in a fast-paced environment
• Full and part time days and nights
• Weekend options

• Night Shift Differential $10

• Weekend Differential $5

QUALIFICATIONS

• A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs.
• Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Experienced and new graduate Nurses are welcome
