Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through outstanding customer service, creative selling, and extensive product knowledge
• Cultivate strong customer relationships through exceptional service
• Continuously learn and train on new furniture
• Ensure customers are informed of order changes & updates
• Maximize customer engagement by prospecting and following up with potential customers
• Actively promote sales and finance offers to customers

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commission furniture sales or related field is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Your drive helps you exceed performance goals and metrics
• You want to challenge yourself with our bonus pay in addition to your commission pay
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of different styles, materials, and trends
