Job Description
The Salesforce Lead Engineer is the technical architect for the Engagement Layer, designing mission and constituent-facing capabilities on governed Snowflake data, including Service Cloud, Agentforce Voice, and managed release engineering for contact-center and loan-servicing workflows.

Responsibilities

•     Architect Service Cloud and Agentforce Voice solutions for client's contact-center and loan-servicing workflows.

•     Own release engineering and environment management for the Salesforce engagement layer.

•     Direct and review the work of the Salesforce Engineer, ensuring designs align with the governed Snowflake data foundation.

•     Support the Contact Center Intelligence use case: IVR and telephony data flowing through Service Cloud and Agentforce into Snowflake and Tableau.

•     Participate in sprint planning and reviews, reporting progress on Task 5 deliverables to the Engagement Lead and PM.

•     Be available to support client interviews and technical discussions as needed.

•     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

•     8+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.

•     Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect credential required.

•     Hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Agentforce (or comparable AI-enabled service automation).

•     Experience integrating Salesforce with external data platforms such as Snowflake via MuleSoft.

•     Federal or public-sector Salesforce delivery experience preferred.
