We are growing rapidly and seeking a Scheduler to manage visits for RNs, LPNs, PTs, OTs, and other clinical staff using our scheduling platform, Paseva. Why You’ll Love Working With Us: ✅ Competitive pay & great benefits ✅ Medical, Dental & Vision insurance ✅ 3 weeks Paid Days Off (PDO) per year ✅ Referral bonuses ✅ Annual evaluations & merit increases ✅ 401(k) match ✅ Opportunities for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles across AZ, CA, CT, FL, IL, IN, MA, MN, NV, OH Your Role: Schedule visits for newly referred patients and assign appropriate clinical staff Coordinate staff schedules, PTO, call-offs, and special visit requests Communicate with patients regarding scheduling and specific needs Track and maintain SOC spreadsheets and weekly reports Assist Clinical Directors with staff evaluations and onboarding Document and report field staff incidents/complaints Enter communications in Call Log and provide related reports Support Case Managers with LPN/LVN, PTA, COTA, and aide supervisory visits Handle office tasks: scanning, filing, emailing, medical records management Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues Maintain a professional, positive attitude at all times Qualifications Qualifications: 2+ years of scheduling in a healthcare setting (home health preferred) 2+ years of experience in a medical office Knowledge of medical terminology and coding Advanced computer skills Ability to work 8 AM – 5 PM from Indianpolis office ❤️ Join a team that values patients and employees alike!
