Seasonal Pest Control Technician

About the role* As a Seasonal Home Care Specialist (Pest Control Technician), you will be the frontline hero keeping our community’s homes pest-free during our busiest season. This is a route-based position ideal for those seeking entry-level general labor or field serviceexperience. You will join a high-energy team that values independence, where you will lead your daily operations in the field while receiving full support from our management team.

Pay Information:

• $18 - $19 Per Hour
• Maximize your income: Take advantage of abundant overtime (40-50+ hours per week expected)
• Bonus Potential: Up to $750 per month based on performance KPIs and upsells.

Your Role in Action:

• Inspect & Treat: Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties and apply targeted pest control solutions safely.
• Document: Record pest activity and treatment details after each appointment.
• Safety First: Adhere to all product labels and state regulations to ensure safe and compliant practices.
• Customer Service: Be the friendly face our customers trust to solve their problems.
• Equipment Care: Keep your company vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience).
• Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience in pest control is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
