This location is a Distribution Center. Overtime opportunities are available throughout the summer months. Throughout June- September will include mandatory and overtime hours based on needs of the business.

Pay: $17.50/hr, plus $1.50/hr shift differential - On Demand pay available (access a portion of your pay before pay day)

Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am, with overtime including Friday (9:00pm-5:00am)

Location: Indy North - 5550 W. 74^th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268

Job Type: Seasonal – not eligible for benefits

Job Duration: This seasonal role is expected to last through the facility’s peak season. Employment may end earlier or extend slightly depending on department workload and business needs

Job Responsibilities:

Accurately label, sort, palletize, and wrap product for shipment
Safely load product to correct carrier for shipment
Communicate with supervisors regarding discrepancies, damage, or order issues
This position requires continuous and repetitive lifting of boxes weighing 50lbs+
Adherence to all safety policies – steel toes required

What You Bring:

Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
Basic math skills for accuracy in order picking
Proven success working in fast-paced, physically demanding seasonal periods
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership
