Job Description

As a Security Guard Reception Services Full Time in INDIANAPOLIS, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge procedures, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service. Using clear communication and a professional presence, you will help maintain a secure environment while supporting daily operations. Pay Rate: $18.91 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and clients at a financial institution front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests in accordance with established access-control requirements.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security-related systems from a stationary front desk post; report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while communicating professionally with client representatives and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
