Come be a part of our #calregionalfamily as a Senior Software Developer and help develop the heroes of tomorrow. ------------------------------------------------------- Who We’re Looking For We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated full-time Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. We are interested in candidates who want to work for a company passionate about changing lives and building the essential workforce! The Senior Software Engineer’s duties and responsibilities include: Developing, deploying, and maintaining software applications  Architecting solutions for scalable, secure software applications  Deployment of CI/CD pipelines for web applications and APIs  Designing and developing microservices using various APIs  Drive automation and workflow improvements through innovative LLM solutions and strategies that balance speed, function, and long-term robustness Design and maintain backend integrations with CRM platforms Participating in sprint ceremonies and code reviews  Mentoring and working collaboratively with other members of the development team  Assisting in planning and managing upcoming sprint work  Performing other responsibilities and projects as directed by the Chief Technology Officer  The Skills You Need:  4+ years of professional software development experience 3+ years building production Django applications Experience deploying and managing applications across cloud platforms (GCP preferred) Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript  Experience working with relational databases (Postgres preferred) Experience working with RESTful APIs.  Experience building generative AI solutions. Understanding of object-oriented programming and Agile programming methodology  Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.  Self-motivated and works well with limited supervision  Even Better If You Have: 4-6 years of related experience  Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience   Python Proficiency CRM experience, such as Zoho or Salesforce  Experience with vector databases or RAG systems Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines   ------------------------------------------------------- What We Offer We offer generous pay and health benefits that we are proud of.
