Position OverviewÂ
The Site Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring our roofing and siding installations run smoothly from start to finish. This position involves overseeing job sites, supporting installation crews, ensuring quality control, and communicating with homeowners throughout the project.Â
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and building a career in the construction industry.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Supervise roofing and siding installation projects to ensure work meets company quality and safety standardsÂ
- Verify delivered materials for quality and accuracyÂ
- Pick up and transport materials as needed to support job sitesÂ
- Set up job-site protection to protect the customer’s home and property during installationÂ
- Oversee job-site cleanup, including using magnet rakes to collect nails and debrisÂ
- Conduct final walkthroughs with customers and document any punch-out itemsÂ
- Communicate with customers throughout the installation processÂ
- Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns professionally
QualificationsÂ
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordÂ
- Reliable transportationÂ
- Strong communication and organizational skillsÂ
- Ability to work outdoors and travel to job sites across Central IndianaÂ
- Commitment to Moss Roofing’s values of honesty, integrity, and quality serviceÂ
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not requiredÂ
