Here’s Where You Come InÂ
As a Small Business Sales Executive, you will prospect and produce organic growth based on your local networks, connections, and communities. Sales Executives work directly with clients, Account Executives, and underwriters to grow a book of business, with an emphasis on client relations, service, and teamwork. Our Small Business Sales Executives specialize in businesses that are below $20,000 in revenue and sell the HUB value proposition, are a face of HUB in our communities, and will model the Midwest East culture and values. Â
Job Responsibilities:Â
Prospect new business organically through various efforts including: cold-calling, networking, association memberships, social media, and moreÂ
Maintain and accurate log of client information and prospecting efforts in relevant HUB systems, including COREÂ
Meet established activity and sales goals, as agreed upon by the CSOÂ
Participates in the servicing of accounts, maintaining communications and collaboration with team members as necessary to retain and service our clientsÂ
Attend appropriate and applicable educational opportunities as needed to maintain position knowledge and licensingÂ
Maintain positive relationships with carriersÂ
Perform all other duties as assignedÂ

Qualifications:Â
2-year or 4-year degree preferredÂ
Sales, prospecting, and networking experience Â
Ability to obtain required insurance licensing post-hireÂ
Willingness to make prospecting calls and network to acquire new businessÂ
Disciplined, well organized, and self-motivatedÂ
Ability to travel to client meetings, as neededÂ
Strong reading comprehension and analysis skillsÂ
Strong written and oral communication skillsÂ
