Software Engineer

Hurco Companies, Inc. is looking for a Software Engineer based out of our Indianapolis, Indiana facility. The Software Engineer will be responsible to modernize, digitize, and connect business systems within the company to improve efficiency and enable support for future IoT and AI projects.  

Position Responsibilities: 

• Support existing internal and external applications, databases, and websites
• Design new features and functionality, as well as new applications
• Gain knowledge of system by working with other teams to assist with development where needed

 Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or related field
• 1+ years related working experience
• Experience with programming language such a C# (C++, Java, etc.) 
• Experience with web development
• Experience using React/Typescript is a plus
• Team player with capability to work independently
