Join the Team: The Hope Source, a leader in providing comprehensive treatment and educational services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is looking for an experienced and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow to enhance our dynamic team. Since 2007, our unique hybrid model with Dynamic Minds Academy has been at the forefront of offering holistic, evidence-based therapies and educational services. We pride ourselves on our multidisciplinary approach, ensuring continuity of care and positive, lasting outcomes for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Specialized Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments of speech and language needs in children with ASD, adaptable to outpatient and school-based environments.
  • Tailored Treatment Plans: Develop individualized plans and/or IEPs, focusing on client-specific needs.
  • Direct Therapy Delivery: Provide impactful speech and language therapy to ASD clients.
  • Collaborative Approach: Engage with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
  • Educational Involvement: Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and clinical team discussions.
  • Training Role: Educate RBTs and Behavior Guides on speech and language development, offering client-specific guidance.



Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week), in person, schedules can be adjusted to align with your availability.
  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Billing Quota: 25 hours per week of direct client service.

Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Certification: Current CCC certification from ASHA, or current CF Indiana License
  • Licensing: Valid license from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional abilities in both written and verbal communication.
  • Ethical Standards: Commitment to the highest ethical standards and practices.
