Hours Available: B Shift Weekday Night Shift, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM; Week 1 Mon/Tue/Wed, Week 2 Mon/Tue/Wed/Thurs

What you’ll do

As a Spray Dryer Operator, you will Own your actions by operating and monitoring the spray dryer process and associated production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will be responsible for monitoring feed quality, maintaining product specifications, completing production documentation, performing routine equipment inspections, and identifying opportunities to improve operational performance. Working closely with your team and supervisor, you will help drive continuous improvement while ensuring customer quality requirements are met.

The ideal candidate has experience operating automated equipment in a manufacturing environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and enjoys working in a process-driven operation. You’ll also need:

  • 4+ years of production operator experience in a manufacturing environment operating automated equipment

  • Ability to operate spray dryers and related production equipment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

  • Ability to monitor and document production processes accurately

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment inspections

  • Willingness to learn process chemistry and production systems

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule
