Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Advisor Associate. This outstanding role offers the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of wealth management for our esteemed clients. As part of our Advisory Team, the Senior Advisor Associate will support other Wealth Advisors, ensuring we provide world-class service and flawless execution for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and complete investment plans, RMD (Required Minimum Distributions) calculations and distributions, and tax loss harvesting coordination
  • Develop positive relationships with clients by attending meetings and calls, and handling administrative requests directly as well as from team members on behalf of clients
  • Handle all client matters strictly in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including the preparation of correspondence, meeting materials, files, presentations, and literature as directed
  • Supply data for reports at the direction of the advisors and directors
  • Develop a working knowledge of various financial planning concepts, such as gift, estate and income tax planning, insurance, credit solutions, education funding, and charitable/philanthropic strategies
  • Research client issues as directed and present data
  • Be a positive great teammate who works effectively within an entrepreneurial environment
  • Actively service client accounts by processing paperwork for accounts, tracking and monitoring account/asset transfers, and processing transaction requests as directed

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university, or equivalent experience; major in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, economics, or law preferred
  • Completed or willing to pursue CFP®
  • Series 65 – or able to successfully complete within 90 days of employment
  • Continuously exhibits personal integrity and professional initiative
  • Reliable, follows through on commitments, and is a self-starter when it comes to new challenges
  • Must be organized, diligent, and able to manage and prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrates a dedication to accuracy by delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Cooperative and capable of working well with others
