About our Sr. Business Analyst — Revenue & Strategy

Audiochuck is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst — Revenue & Strategy to serve as the central interpretation layer between data and decision-making. This role is critical to assembling and interpreting available data, producing executive-grade decks, owning scorecards, and translating complex information into clear business impact.

This individual will own RevOps, show, and network scorecards; drive forecasting accuracy; and synthesize cross-functional datasets into actionable recommendations that directly influence revenue, inventory, and operational strategy. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, business-minded, and exceptional at data storytelling for executive audiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Own executive scorecards and decks, including the RevOps Scorecard, show performance and forecast pivots, and board- and executive-level presentations that reconcile operations, revenue, and finance

  • Establish and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadences, providing narrative context around what changed, why it matters, and recommended actions

  • Lead forecasting and variance analysis by maintaining bottom-up revenue models, improving forecast accuracy, and clearly explaining drivers of variance to executives and Finance

  • Support RevOps and Ad Ops initiatives through placement analysis, RPM and CPM trend analysis, and partner performance reporting

  • Build and maintain analytical templates and toolsets (dashboards, pivot models, automated data pulls) to reduce manual work and ensure a single source of truth

  • Present synthesized insights to executive leadership, converting complex datasets into concise decision-oriented slides and leading executive Q&A discussions

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • 3–6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategy roles

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and a BI tool such as Looker

  • Strong command of data storytelling, with the ability to transform raw tables into clear, five-slide executive recommendations

  • Experience with revenue forecasting, scorecard development, and financial or operational modeling

Nice to Have:

  • Media, podcast, or ad operations experience, including familiarity with RevOps scorecards

  • Experience building and maintaining board-level or executive leadership materials
