​What Your Day Will Look LikeÂ
​Be the first point of support for end users – helping them face-to-face, by phone, and through online channels.Â
​Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues across desktop, application, and network infrastructures, often resolving problems in real time to keep operations moving.Â
​Set up and manage accounts for staff, ensuring the right access is granted quickly and securely.Â
​Deploy software packages and updates across end user devices – balancing federal security mandates with positive user experience and availability.Â
​Work closely with other technical teams to escalate complex issues, share knowledge, and deliver solutions.Â
​Document fixes, procedures, and learnings – continuously build and optimize knowledgebases that promotes self-sufficiency and knowledge sharing.Â

​We need someone that is motivated to positively impact service center operations through:Â
​Exceptional customer support experienceÂ
​Initiative and organization skills to effectively make decisions and coordinate priorities to maintain effective operationsÂ
​Past exposure and experience within service center and end user support environmentsÂ
​Curiosity and drive to learn technologies with the intent of mastering and owning key software applicationsÂ

​Required QualificationsÂ
​Bachelor’s degree in information systems or relevant field and 3+ years practical experience in the field. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
​Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearanceÂ
​Ability to self-manage work tasks using M365 based toolsÂ
​Demonstrated and proven ability to independently resolve issues, improve day-to-day operations with self-driven initiatives, and operate with a growth mindsetÂ
​Hands-on experience administering or operating network access controls in the form of IP:Port or URL based filtersÂ
​Practical experience managing enterprise desktops within a Microsoft Intune managed environmentÂ
​Hands-on experience troubleshooting and administering Windows operating systems in an enterprise environment – ideally including peripheral device management, asset management, and VOIP operationsÂ
​Understanding and practical exposure with regulatory controls, baselines, and security policies within an Azure Entra and Intune based environment with enterprise desktops and endpoints (CIS benchmarks, STIG, etc)Â

Pay Range:
Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
