Position OverviewĀ
TheĀ SystemsĀ Engineer is responsible forthe design, development, and validation of residential HVAC systems and components. This role supports innovation initiatives and works cross-functionally with laboratory, manufacturing, and product engineering teams to deliver high-performance, manufacturable solutions.Ā
Key ResponsibilitiesĀ
Design and develop residential HVAC systems and subsystemsĀ
Develop and validate thermal and system-level models to support design decisionsĀ
Collaborate with laboratory teams on performance, reliability, and compliance testingĀ
Evaluate system readiness for manufacturability and productionĀ
Partner with manufacturing to translate design requirements into scalable solutionsĀ
Troubleshoot system-level issues and support continuous improvement effortsĀ
Support multiple small projects or tasks to meet program objectivesĀ

Minimum QualificationsĀ
Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or technical field and at least 3 years of experience with engineering analysis, troubleshooting, and designĀ
OR Masterās degree and at least 1 year of experience with engineering analysis, troubleshooting, and designĀ
Ā
Preferred QualificationsĀ
Knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamicsĀ
Experience in HVAC system design or related fieldĀ
Knowledge of material science and reliability engineering fundamentalsĀ
Experience with design of experiments and data analysis techniquesĀ
Experience with CREO,CAD softwareĀ

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.Other Compensation
