• 4x10 day shift OR M-F night shift
• Sunday - Wednesday OR Wednesday - Saturday, 6am-4:30pm
• Monday - Friday, 4pm-12:30am with $3/hr shift differential

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair trailer and Class 8 equipment issues
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
• Complete repair orders and maintenance documentation accurately and on time
• Identify and properly classify repairs, including:
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Component failure
  • Abuse
  • Accident-related damage
• Record parts, materials, and repair details using company systems
• Document repair stories, root causes, and corrective actions to support warranty recovery
• Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2+ years of fleet maintenance experience or technical school training
• Experience diagnosing and repairing Class 8 equipment
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• Familiarity with diagnostic software and computer-based repair tools
• Valid driver's license required
• CDL A or B also a plus
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks
• Proficient English communication skills (speaking, reading and writing)
