About Us:

IndyVet Emergency and Specialty Hospital is an AAHA and Cat Friendly hospital that has provided innovative and compassionate care to Indianapolis and its surrounding communities for over 25 years. Our team collaborates to provide aid and comfort to pets and their families when unforeseen medical conditions arise. Our facility boasts human-grade MRI, CT, a blood banking program, an in-house laboratory, digital radiology, Ezyvet, and VetRadar.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role has previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting. Experience in vet medicine is highly preferred. This person has a very established skillset and navigates all communication, including conflict, professionally and courteously. This is an invaluable position to serve the staff using creative problem-solving, upholding our gold standard of patient care, and continuing to foster a culture of teamwork.

Anticipated Schedule:

This is a full-time position.

Shift: Rotating 10/12-hour shifts- 5 AM Start time

Some weekends and holidays are required.

On-call rotation required.

Compensation: $17.00 to $18.00 depending on experience level
