Warehouse Supervisor – 2nd Shift

At Kirby Risk, our Distribution Center is the heartbeat of our operations—ensuring that products move efficiently, accurately, and on time. We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who can lead by example, build strong teams, and help us continue to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

What You will Do as a Warehouse Supervisor

 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading and supporting the 2nd Shift team to achieve operational goals while creating a positive and productive work environment.

 

You will:

  • Lead and support warehouse associates while setting clear expectations and helping them succeed
  • Create employee schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels to support daily operations
  • Provide training, mentoring, performance feedback, and employee development opportunities
  • Build trust within the team through open communication and consistent leadership
  • Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Handle hiring, performance management, documentation, and terminations as needed
  • Cross-train employees to build a flexible workforce
  • Partner with leadership and other departments to meet operational goals and customer expectations
  • Help ensure the team works safely while meeting quality and productivity expectations
  • Build positive working relationships across teams while promoting excellent customer service

 

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • College coursework and/or 3+ years of supervisory or team leader experience (warehouse, quality, customer service, etc.)
  • Experience leading teams of 15+ employees
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Bilingual communication skills
  • Understanding of business operations and warehouse processes
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Proficiency with computers; Microsoft Office experience preferred
