Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, and associated controls
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
Document service work, findings, and recommendations accurately
Communicate with customers and service leadership regarding repairs and equipment status
Support installation, retrofit, and small project work as needed
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
Follow company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
Experience in HVAC service preferred (commercial experience preferred)
EPA Certification required
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to read technical documents and wiring diagrams
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Work Environment
Full-time position
Local travel within Indiana
Overtime may be required based on service needs
