Position SummaryÂ
Participates in credits & incentives procurement projects for DMA clients and provides other credits and incentives consulting services. Researches credits & incentives opportunities for clients. Participates in compliance services for clients. Participates in business development activities.Â
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Â
Participates in credits & incentives procurement projects for DMA clientsÂ
Interacts with DMA and client personnelÂ
Researches and documents available incentive opportunitiesÂ
Completes applications Â
Works with state, local and other economic development officials to maximize incentivesÂ
Maintains excellent knowledge of state, local, federal and utility incentivesÂ
Manages and organizes project filesÂ
Participates in business development effortsÂ
Responsible for compliance reporting for assigned clientsÂ
Updates work-in-process reportsÂ
Assists Directors, Sr. Managers, Managers and other business development professionals in assessing incentive opportunities for new and prospective clientsÂ
Researches complex issuesÂ

Perform other duties as assignedÂ
Education and QualificationsÂ
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related fieldÂ
2+ years’ experience in credits & incentives, property tax consulting, or related fieldÂ
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelÂ
Organizational and interpersonal skills requiredÂ
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
Ability to meet travel requirements of the jobÂ
Valid Driver’s LicenseÂ
