This role is for the 3:00 - 7:00pm shift. Qualifications At least 16 years of age  A high school diploma or its equivalent preferred  1-year related experience Basic member service skills and telephone etiquette Data entry skills and computer proficiency using standard word processing  Math and calculator proficiency Knowledge of filing and basic office procedures and the ability to use the copier, fax machine
