We're looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Leasing Consultant who can turn tours into leases, prospects into residents, and first impressions into lasting relationships.

At our community, no two days are the same. One moment you're showcasing apartment homes, the next you're helping a resident, processing applications, or supporting property operations. What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of apartment industry experience preferred
• Section 42 Tax Credit experience preferred
• Strong customer service, sales, hospitality, or leasing background
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong attention to detail
• A desire to learn, grow, and build a career in property management
• A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

What You'll Do

• Conduct community and apartment tours for prospective residents
• Process rental applications and prepare move-in documentation
• Submit and follow up on maintenance requests
• Build positive relationships with prospects and residents
• Assist with leasing, resident retention, and occupancy goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction
