Department: Clinical Lab

Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday,  8am-4:30pm, Rotating Fridays 12:30pm-9pm.

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Deliver accurate diagnostic insights by independently performing, validating, and interpreting complex laboratory tests that directly inform patient treatment plans.
• Guarantee uninterrupted clinical care by executing rigorous quality control and quality assurance standards that ensure absolute safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain continuous operational readiness by managing instrument performance, troubleshooting technical issues promptly, and keeping essential supplies stocked for seamless testing.
• Foster team excellence and development by training, mentoring, and supporting Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLTs), new team members, and clinical students.
• Drive complete laboratory accuracy across every phase of the patient care journey, managing pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical testing processes.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Preferred Credential(s):• Medical Technologist (ASCP) credentialed from the American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP-BOC).• Medical Lab Scientist (ASCP) credentialed from the American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP-BOC).• Medical Tech credentialed from the American Board of Bioanalysis (AAB).• Medical Tech credentialed from the American Medical Technologists (AMT).

Education:• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, medical laboratory scientist, human sciences or education qualifications as stated per CLIA requirements.
