Opportunity Details:

• Location: Sullivan, IN
• Contract Type: Emergency Medicine Physician Locum Tenens
• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift Schedule:
  • Day Shift: 6 AM – 6 PM
  • Night Shift: 6 PM – 6 AM
  • 24 hour shifts allowed as well
• Minimum Commitment: Flexible
• Practice Setting: Physician-led Emergency Department
• Facility Details:
  • Small Critical Access facility
  • No Trauma Designation
  • No Fast Track
• EMR System: To be confirmed
• Scribe Coverage: None
• Travel & Lodging: Provided

Patient Load & Flow:

• Floor Code Response: NA
• Admitting Orders: Not Required

Provider Requirements:

• Certification: Emergency Medicine experience
• Licensure: Active & Unrestricted IN State License & DEA
• Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS
