We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana. Known for its vibrant culture and community, Indianapolis offers an array of attractions such as the Children's Museum of Indianapolis and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum. Enjoy exploring local breweries like the Kismetic Beer Company and relaxing at the Garfield Park Conservatory.This position is based at a distinguished skilled nursing facility recognized for its supportive, recognition-focused culture. The successful candidate will work 8-hour shifts, providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, and collaborating closely with a team of healthcare professionals.Your responsibilities will include evaluating and developing personalized therapy plans, working to improve patient mobility and function, and maintaining accurate documentation in our EMR system.
