$120 to $130 per hour
About The Position
Primary Care in Indiana
Enjoy a rewarding assignment in Primary Care! Focus on mature adults in a collaborative outpatient setting with weekdays-only hours and a fast credentialing timeframe.
Practice Setting:
- Outpatient setting
- A majority of the patient population is aged 65+
- Support staff consists of nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and registered nurses
Schedule Details:
- Monday- Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Flexibility for a 4-day workweek is available
- No call requirements
- Credentialing timeframe is approximately 2 weeks
Cases & Procedures:
- Traditional primary care for older adults, including:
- Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Mild cognitive impairment, CHF, and a history of coronary artery disease
- No procedures performed
Requirements:
- Must be Board Certified
- Must already be enrolled in Medicare/Medicaid
