We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our QARA Transformation and Delivery team. This role will support and lead Supply Chain (Manufacturing and Distribution), Quality and Regulatory (QARA), and IT Transformation projects in a regulated medical device environment, partnering closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Distribution and IT teams.

The Quality and Regulatory (QARA) Transformation & Delivery team plays a critical role in ensuring enterprise‑wide initiatives are executed effectively and deliver sustainable impact.

This role will start remote and will be then stationed in an upcoming site near Greenwood, Indiana, USA by May 1, 2026. This role will require international travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead assigned QARA‑led projects through initiation, planning, execution, and closure

  • Act as the primary QARA project lead/partner for enterprise programs, including Supply Chain (manufacturing and distribution) and IT initiatives

  • Coordinate QARA’s contribution to enterprise projects, ensuring compliance‑critical deliverables are identified, planned, and delivered on time

  • Define project scope, objectives, and business case in alignment with QARA and enterprise strategic priorities

  • Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, dependencies, and compliance requirements, escalating as required

  • Engage QARA SMEs and functional experts (Quality, Regulatory, Quality Systems, Document Control) at the right time to meet milestones

  • Partner with change management leads to support QARA stakeholder readiness and adoption

  • Develop and deliver project updates, dashboards, and leadership presentations

  • Ensure effective transition of QARA deliverables into business‑as‑usual (BAU) operations, including documentation and stakeholder handover

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of project management experience in regulated industries

  • Demonstrated ability to lead QARA or compliance‑focused projects independently

  • Experience partnering with Supply Chain (manufacturing and distribution) and IT teams on complex initiatives

  • Strong analytical, planning, and risk‑management skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Knowledge of Agile and/or hybrid project delivery methodologies

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification

  • Experience in Supply Chain (manufacturing and distribution), healthcare, MedTech, or other highly regulated sectors

  • Exposure to large‑scale system, process, or operational transformations
