The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the consultant division leadership team administratively including performing routine procedures and tasks associated with the day to day running of projects.  Must be professional, possess strong communication skills and capable of being focused, paying attention to detail and following directions.

 

Job Summary – The project coordinator is responsible for working collaboratively with consultant team on specific short and long term projects.  In this role the idea candidate will oversee tasks delegated by project advisor and or leadership team, coordinate with all necessary vendors and service providers and ensure that the project(s) is moving forward on time and on budget.

 

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the leadership, including arranging meetings, presentations, creating and editing reports, meeting minutes, calendar management, creating memos and documents, preparing mailings, team travel arrangements, etc.
  • Develops project timelines or workflow spreadsheets/documents,  monitors and maintains appropriate office protocol with staff, clients and vendors, etc.
  • Assist in process development and improving efficiencies by creating and/or maintaining SOPs, checklists, and other documentation for clear communication and optimized processes.
  • Report updates verbally and in written form to management.
  • Create, maintain and track Community Health Worker Certifications.
  • Handling information request, research, routing correspondence, collecting and analyzing information, initiating telecommunications.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Qualifications


  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar capacity supporting senior staff members. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines, detail oriented and exercise good judgment.
  • Above average organizational skills, good listener, and team player.
  • Must be comfortable dealing with individuals from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Above average computer skills specifically Microsoft Office Suite and learning new databases.
  • Positive and encouraging personality.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to team’s success.
  • Able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline driven work environment
  • Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (hybrid option)
  • ​Starting pay: $40,000 to $45,000 plus discretionary incentives
